Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions (Court Plus & Pro Quant)

Monthly subscriptions ($9.99/mo Court Plus and $29.99/mo Pro Quant) renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click via the Manage Billing / Cancel button on the Pricing page (powered by the Stripe Customer Portal). Upon cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew.

2. Single Game Full Access Passes ($1.99)

Single Game Passes are one-time, non-recurring purchases that grant full Pro Quant simulation access for one selected matchup. If you purchase a Single Game Pass and an NBA or WNBA game is postponed or canceled before tip-off, or if a technical outage prevents simulation delivery, contact us within 7 days for an immediate replacement credit or full refund.

3. Billing Support & Dispute Resolution

If you experience an unintended renewal, duplicate charge, or technical issue, email [email protected] with your account email. We review and resolve billing requests within 1 business day and gladly issue refunds for accidental renewals reported within 72 hours of charge.
