1. Service Overview & Informational Nature

missed3 ("Service") is operated by Voxell Inc., a Delaware corporation. The Service provides GPU-accelerated Monte Carlo basketball simulations, live scoreboard data, historical box score indexing, and statistical distributions. All content is provided strictly for informational, analytical, and entertainment purposes. missed3 is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial advisor, and does not accept or place wagers of any kind.

2. Age Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, sign in, or purchase a subscription or single-game pass on missed3. By signing in or completing checkout, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts, Tiers & Acceptable Use

Accounts are authenticated via Google OAuth and are for individual use only. Automated scraping, redistribution of real-time simulation streams, or sharing paid credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse simulation endpoints.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Quantitative win probabilities, projected scores, player prop percentiles, and +EV calculations are statistical model outputs derived from historical box scores and possession simulations. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. You assume sole responsibility for any decisions made using information displayed on missed3.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Delaware and applicable federal law, Voxell Inc. provides the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, and its total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Voxell Inc. in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
